Connor Blackley Florida’s Country Crooner

Connor Blackley is getting ready for his performance at the Jacksonville Beach Summer Jazz Festival on August 8th. This year he will be singing “Fly me to the moon” and “Unforgettable”. Labor Day weekend, he will be showcasing in Nashville, at the Hard Rock Café, competing in a Susan Gabrielle Music singing competition and then on to the Nashville Palace.

Connor Blackley Band UnitedConnor has been very busy this summer and participated in a 4 week theatre camp, where he played Willy Wonka in their production of Willy Wonka and the Chocolate Factory.  Connor did an amazing job, and had a great time in the process.

Six months ago, Connor was asked to be the lead singer of a band called United. United is a rock band, which is a little out of Connor’s genre, but he is really enjoying himself and the band is getting quite good. The boys have a unique common ingredient in that each member is 12 years-old. The band consists of, William (on guitar), Nick (on drums) and Joseph (on bass). The band has been playing around the Orange Park, Green Cove Springs, and Fleming Island area and most recently performed for a benefit in Kingsland, Georgia.   Continue reading “Connor Blackley Florida’s Country Crooner”

Alan Hall Talented Treble Troubadour

Alan Hall, formerly from England UK, demonstrates a soulful folk/pop sound that not many boys his age are able to master. This talented treble troubadour is well on his way to Stardom!

Most treble connoisseurs have heard of Elie Dupuis from Quebec Canada, but today I would like to introduce to  you another Canadian from New Brunswick, who is making waves throughout Canada and starting to capture the media’s attention with his beautiful treble voice.
Alan Hall, formerly from England UK, demonstrates a soulful folk/pop sound that not many boys his age are able to master.  In fact while most youngsters his age are singing songs by Black Eyed Peas, Michael Jackson, and even Justin Bieber, Alan lists Bob Dylan, John Denver, Simon and Garfunkel, and Andrew Lloyd Webber as his greatest musical influences. Moreover, he is privileged to have Roger Glover of the rock band Deep Purple as a personal friend and even greater influence helping him develop into a real upcoming star.
