Rivenmaster’s Vacation!

Winding one way roads, beautiful waterfalls, mountain streams, hairpin turns. Pesgah National Forest!

.Hello everyone! Because I have received several e-mails worried about updates not being as regular lately and people worried that something was wrong I thought it best to do this short update to let everyone know that all is well.

Each year I take two trips to the Atlanta Georgia to visit with my in-laws.  This year we decided to take a side bar trip on the way home through the

Pisgah National Forest!

While the weather was rainy all the way down to Georgia it was quite the opposite on our way back home.  We have enjoyed all day today beautiful weather, winding one way roads with hairpin turns and steep drop offs!   Driving these roads can be quite treacherous but very exciting and exhilarating!

If you would like to check out the website for this beautiful National Forest you will see a little sample of some of the beautiful scenery we have enjoyed on this wonderful trip!

When we return home everything will resume to normal with updates from Connor Blackley and Sam Verlinden along with some others that I’m sure I will be hearing from very soon.

Keep visiting and be sure to leave comments about the different articles that I continue to present here!  Also visit me on http://radio.theskykid.com where each week I am honored to be a part of this weekly radio program with audio versions of the articles that are written by Skykid and many of his guest authors!  In fact go there now to listen to special highlights from past programs.  All of our young stars are also featured there with their own songs being played and special audio feature articles featuring them.

Thanks to all my faithful readers and please write to me to let me know how we can improve this site to be exactly what you are looking for and be sure to leave comments on each article that interests you!

Thanks again!

  3. Thanks Skykid! It is a pleasure to know and work with you on your many wonderful promotional projects that help not only the youth represented from my site but many others. I was in places that I never thought I would see in my life yesterday! I set my GPS for an adventure drive and ended up driving up a one way gravel mountain stream laden road right up the side of a steep mountain. When we finally reached the summet after nearly 45 min of driving we could not even see the next road until we crested the hill. It was very funny to listen to the GPS telling me to turn right off a steep cliff to oblivion. The car was literally sticking it's nose in the air and my wife and I felt like astronauts getting ready for lift off. I was really happy I was driving such a great little powerful car with excellent traction even with the small tires.
Well I just arrived back home and will be waiting for the updates to start coming in. I have many letters to write and answer and two days worth of yard and house work to catch up on. Thanks for writing here!

  4. The summer is approaching and that means that I and you and many of our readers will be spending more time outdoors . Which is a good thing – yet I like your other visitors tend to miss the updates when you go away on a trip ( :

I love forests – may be the reason for that is that I was born in a country that has more forest than any other in Europe. A wonderful photo too ! And I am honored to have you as a presenter on theskykid, com radio. Your unique voice talent makes such a big difference ! ( Now my mother says I should listen to your recordings and repeat aloud to improve my accent – or better make it less noticeable ). ( :

    Welcome back !
