Jordan Jansen on Today, then Singing his way to the USA!

There is much excitement in the Jansen Camp this week as they prepare for the biggest adventure of Jordan’s lifetime to date.

You may or may not know it yet, but Jordan Jansen was recently contacted by the L.A. based Management/Production company Electric Feel Management. (Genuine Music Group, LLC.)

In just less than a week, Jordan will be flown directly to L.A. to meet with the record producers in the studio to record his first internationally released single which I’m told will be released immediately to the public. In addition to this major single release he will possibly be recording more original songs that will be later released.

The US is in for a real treat, not only to hear Jordan at his finest, but to be able to meet him in person! Jordan is now more than just a You-Tube sensation. He is the real deal!

Following his recording session, Jordan will be whisked away for some major meet and greets! Autograph signings, live performances, and giving some of Jordan’s US fans an opportunity to meet Jordan up close and personal.

The management team has not disclosed all of the things that Jordan will be doing or where he will be appearing as some of those details are still being worked out!

This week just before Jordan leaves for the US, Channel Nine’s Today’s Show team members will be pulling up in front of the Jansen home, flooding their living quarters with bright lights, reporters, and camera men! I’m sure if you live in Australia you will want to tune into this show as it will be his first major interview and official televised news release of this huge upcoming event in the USA.

A few months ago I had reported that Jordan was working on a CD and that “Hallelujah” would be one of the songs recorded. I’m sorry to say that that plan was unfortunately scrubbed when the new and better opportunity for Jordan came along! I am most disappointed about this but who knows, if his new management team likes it enough or thinks it to be marketable we may still get that wish! If not we still have his video which I still promote on this site as one of my Jordan favorites!

There is so much more that I would like to share with you, but that must wait until after his US appearance and proper clearance from the powers that be have been granted!

If you have long been a Jordan Fan, and have been backing and cheering him on, then all your efforts are soon to be paid off. This little Aussi is about to be a BIG Australian Star who will be taking the USA by storm! So batten down the hatches, fasten your seatbelts, and get ready for the earth shaking Jordan Jansen quake that is about to hit CA.

Today’s quick post is in support of the Haiti Relief Mission that is ongoing in many different ways throughout the world! You-Tube collaborator’s have made two videos to help keep the message in front of us and remind us of the pain and need of so many people who suffered and are still suffering due to the devastation of that one major catastrophe.

Jordan Jansen donates time to Lollipop Radio!

Jordan Jansen recently donated his time to help a very worthwhile cause.
He attended a radio session sponsored by an organization called Radio Lollipop!
Radio Lollipop is a wonderful organization that helps children make the most and best of their time while they are admitted in the hospital for care!
Having a grandchild of my own that spend many days a month under hospital care it gives me first hand understanding of just how important a program like this is.
We are all very proud of Jordan to take time to bring joy to children who are in such great need just to be given a reason to smile. The blessing that this progam brings to these extremely ill children by providing moments like this is immeasurable.

Below is a full description of what Radio Lollipop is all about directly from their website!

Radio Lollipop believes in the healing power of play – providing smiles and laughter to children at a time when they need it most.
One in four children are admitted to a hospital before reaching age 14. Though some patients are short-stay, many have a recurring need for care and return repeatedly to hospital. Some who are terminally ill spend much of their short lives in hospital.
Radio Lollipop gives young patients a voice and a choice during their stay. While they can´t say “no” to taking their medicine or receiving treatment, they can request their favourite songs, win prizes and hear their own voices on the radio. Those activities give youngsters a haven of normality in the hospital day which in other respects is strange, different and often scary.

While Jordan was there he sang many songs for the children who were in the studio. He followed that up by taking a walk through all the wards signing autographs and taking pictures with his fans. The day was closed out by going back to the studio where he had his hands painted for their wall of fame and a radio interview!

Lot’s has been taking place this past month for our regulars here at Rivenmaster’s Place.

Jordan Jansen sources reveal that Jordan is currently working on a CD that will be released very soon. The details are sketchy right now but check back soon for the inside scoop with more details.

I asked if they could disclose any of the tracks, and while I could not get all eleven of them, I am thrilled to be the first to announce that Hallelujah will be one of them! Jordan’s Mom tells me it will be fantastic and that they are very excited about this new venture coming to fruition.

Soundcheck updates! “Jordan Jansen & Sam Verlinden”

Soundcheck has been offering a great venue for young unsigned artists to test their skills on a world of fans that are just waiting for some new talent to latch hold of. Jordan Jansen is a sure fire winner for the last contest that has been going on longer than I now remember. He has enjoyed a consistent lead throughout the entire contest and is showing a 45 point lead on his closest competitor Matthew Garrod.

For some reason unbeknown to anyone, Soundcheck has pushed out the awarding of the prize monies for the last contest. Their a many who are not real happy about having to wait to hear the results of what to some of us should be so obvious. I can only say that patience is not a strong virtue of a fan who has been voting for so long and unfair to all who competed in this particular contest. However not to worry! It’s Soundcheck that is now in their own spotlight to do as they have promised.

Here are the results for the top Five in the last Contest that is awaiting the reward to be announced:

SamVerlinden has also joined in on the fun at Soundcheck with his entry of his popular You-Tube video ” Who’s Loving You” sung Michael Jackson style. I personally feel this was one of Sam’s best performances of that song to date! Sam’s second entry is “Ben” also by Michael Jackson and is another favorite among his many adoring fans!

Sam was very busy with two successful Stage Musical productions this past fall and appearing in the Christmas in the Park event in Auckland. I am waiting for the availability of original televised event to re-post here. Auckland TV has not allowed access to their site for outside of Australia viewing. This should be arriving soon so be watching the blog for this special recap of Sam’s wonderful nationally televised performance!

Jordan Jansen Masters James Taylor’s “Fire & Rain”

When your Hot your Hot!! In fact this boy is on Fire! Jordan never ceases to amaze me with his ability to master just about any genre or song style! This song just posted not more than 3 hours ago, by the time I picked up on it, is another prime example of this outstanding young performers ability to excel above our every expectation.

“That’s right Jordan, we now are spoiled with expectations of nothing but the best from you”.

Jordan continues to be no match for his current competitors at SoundCheck as he continues to hold a strong lead with his current song entry “I’m Yours” at First Place Bronze and 7,419 votes.

Don’t stop voting for this wonderful young performer everyday as he really appreciates what you the fans do for him!

Jordan has some exciting things planned in the near future that he will be announcing before too long so stay tuned here and to his website to find out more about these upcoming events.

Jordan Jansen Continues to Shines

Jordan Jansen just keeps astounding with yet another great performance and song selection showing just how wide and pure his vocal range is.

His ability to keep perfect pitch when projecting his upper register is more than exhilarating.

Listening to Jordan makes you feel as though you were listening to a performer that has had years of number one hits already behind him.

If you have not yet joined the thousands following this young man’s career then you have been missing out! Not just on a You-Tube sensation but on a soon to be world renown star.

Last week Jordan launched yet another SoundCheck video in the competition. He has remained a strong leader with his first entree “Far Away” which is still in 1st place with a total of 3,049 votes at the time of this blog entry. His new entree, “I’m Your’s”, is not only the most watched video but also ranking first place. If this does not prove exactly how powerfully talented and brilliant this young man is then nothing ever will.
