are pleased to announce that one of their young featured artists will again receive a full scholarship to This years Prodigy Camp! This scholarship will cover the entirety of the tuition fee (valued at $2000) and the winner will only be expected to cover his/her own transportation expenses to and from the Prodigy Camp in the San Juan Islands in Seattle, Washington (USA). This year the camp dates are the last week in July (July 25-August 1, 2012).
Like last year this camp is limited to 20 of the world’s most promising young artists(ages 12-18), THE PRODIGY CAMP provides a life-changing experience and the highest level of instruction for young artists/storytellers of all kinds. If you would like to be considered for this prize, please go to:

Dalton is paying tribute to all the servicemen who are returning home after their long deployment services! He is donating all the the proceeds from is latest song "Whisper" to the USO.
In Dalton's words, here is the inspiration behind "Whisper":
"My grandmother who died one year ago, told me stories about my grandfather when he was serving in the military. She said he was very funny and found ways to find humor about all the things happening in the military. This made people laugh and kept them happy. My grandmother used to say she would do everything she could to support the military (including being born on the 4th of July--her birthday!). She told me stories of being in Germany, Saudi Arabia and other places making lots of classic American type food like chili and stews and would invite lots of troops to her house for home-cooked meals. She said she tried to create a home away from home for them while they were overseas.
When I sing "Whisper", I think of my grandmother and how dedicating this song to something she felt so strongly about would make her proud."

Hi Everyone!
As we start 2012, we want to take time to drop you a message. We cannot thank you enough for your support, prayers, purchases, applause, comments, shares, etc over the past year. We know you have many entertainment choices and we’re just glad you gave us some interest. Quite simply, all of these things you’ve done have made our year a great one. We can never reflect enough on the grace God has given us. We had such a great year in 2011. Some of our blessings include:
- We recorded and released our first full length CD ‘All This Time’. We co-wrote many of the songs and worked with some extraordinary music people.
- We reached 40,558 fans on our Facebook Fan Page. This is simply unbelievable! And, it’s only and all because of folks like you who told somebody about Daves Highway.
- We were discovered by an amazing website Godvine.com who posted one of our videos back in April 2011. Since then, several more have posted and in all, our videos posted by Godvine.com have been viewed 1,924,044 times!
And, in all of this excitement, Zachary got his driver’s license, Erika got her braces off, and Delaney became a high school senior. Thanks again for making our year so special. And, please help us keep spreading the Word.
